How can I try the Academy without any commitment?
You can use the free courses at any time in the “Standard Plan” of the Academy. Simply register at seibert.academy. If you’d like to test the Academy beyond that, we also offer trial access. Feel free to write to us!
Please note: Most Academy courses are currently available in German only.
What is the difference between the Standard and Premium Plan?
Standard Plan = Access to freely available content with more than 15 courses and a preview of the first lessons of 50+ courses.
Premium Plan = Unlimited access to 60+ Academy courses. Requires the purchase of Atlassian licenses.
Do I get free full access by purchasing licenses from Seibert?
Yes, you receive free full access (= “Premium Plan”) for all users with a valid Atlassian license if they hold an active core license through Seibert: Jira and/or Confluence (Commercial, Academic, Community – not Evaluation). The core license applies to the following deployments: Cloud or Data Center (Server licenses are excluded).
Who receives access?
Access is granted to all users of Atlassian core products (Jira, Confluence) in Data Center & Cloud deployments with a valid license purchased from Seibert Solutions GmbH. If multiple core products are present, the highest possible user count (User Tier) applies.
How long is access valid?
Licenses Access is valid for the duration of the license term. For organizational reasons, this period may be counted from the date of order confirmation or license activation.
Migration including license purchase Access is valid from order confirmation for the duration of the license term.
How do I register myself or others for access?
For personal full access, you can register directly on the Academy platform. If you’d like to register a larger number of users at once, you can upload a list via the Academy Service Desk.
Which courses can I access?
The specific scope of your courses depends on the products purchased from us:
- Purchase of Confluence & Jira products
- Cloud migration packages.
What should I do if my domain doesn't work?
If your domain isn’t working, simply send us an email at academy@seibert.group. We’ll take care of it right away!
How can I add additional domains?
If you’d like to add additional domains, you can submit them via the Academy Service Desk.
