    What does the Service Collection cost?

    The Service Collection is available in three license tiers: Standard, Premium and Enterprise – suitable for teams of any size. Pricing depends on the chosen edition and the number of users in your organization. For example: for a team with 100 agents (monthly billing), the Premium Edition costs around $47.48 per agent per month. For a custom quote, just get in touch – we’ll create a tailored license calculation for your team.

    The Service Collection includes four powerful Atlassian products: Jira Service Management, Customer Service Management, Assets and Rovo. All applications are seamlessly integrated and together form a comprehensive platform for IT and customer service.

    Are there discounts for multi-year terms?
