Strategy & requirements definition

We start with a strategy workshop where we give you an introduction to the structure and functionality of Confluence, gather your requirements for the system, and recommend relevant apps and macros. We also align on the further project approach here.

Conception & structuring

In a two-day structure and conception workshop, we define the information architecture and a permission concept together with you. We also work out the previously defined use cases, defining required templates, content lifecycle, profiles, and communication channels.

Technical setup and implementation

Your personal project team of certified Atlassian experts accompanies you throughout the entire project. Our consultants install contracted apps and support you with configuration and implementation of the defined use cases.

Rollout and hypercare

At the end of the project, we offer a one-day training session where the entry level (beginner, power user, or admin) can be selected. We plan the rollout of your Confluence wiki together with you and accompany you as consultants during the project closure. After the rollout, we ensure smooth functionality of your Confluence instance during a two-week hypercare phase.

Our add-on modules are divided into two categories: Modules in the Consulting + Configuration category include professional consulting on a specific functionality as well as its technical setup. Modules in the Concept + Configuration category additionally include a comprehensive requirements analysis and conception phase, in which we develop individual solutions together with you and then implement them.
