When is a structure workshop useful?

You have already developed a usage concept

Once a concept for using a Confluence wiki is in place, it’s essential to plan a structure that invites users to use the new wiki frequently. It’s also crucial to systematically guide them towards adoption.

Your company structure is large or complex

The larger the organization and the more complex its structure, the more important it is to thoroughly examine and carefully plan the structural design of a Confluence wiki in advance.

You want to avoid costly corrections later

The foundational framework helps you optimally prepare later content and use cases, avoiding a later re-sorting and re-alignment once you’re live.

How your structure workshop could proceed

From hundreds of Confluence projects over the years, we can demonstrate through many best practice examples how a Confluence wiki can be optimally adapted to your requirements and your company structure.

We show you how structures from other systems can be optimally transferred to a Confluence wiki, and how you should approach the setup of spaces, their dependencies, and navigation.
