When is a Confluence workshop useful?

You are in the evaluation phase

You are in the evaluation of Confluence or have already completed it, but are not yet 100% sure how you want to use the tool.

There is no clear usage concept yet

Before introducing Confluence, it needs to be clarified how users can use the system, what permissions to assign, and which areas should be covered by the wiki and to what extent.

The system setup has not yet been defined

You may have similar systems in use, but are not yet 100% sure how Confluence can be integrated into an existing system architecture.

How your Confluence workshop could proceed

Together with you, we examine your requirements and company structure, and develop a strategic framework on which all further actions around your Confluence wiki are based. This includes a permission and space concept as well as a concrete description of the topics and areas of use relevant to your Confluence use.
