Frequently Asked Questions About Our Migration Packages

Which package is right for us?

It depends on your system size, app complexity, and desired level of self-involvement. The Self-Service Package suits teams with technical experience, the Support Package is for organizations that want guidance along the way, and the Full-Service Package is for those who want to hand over the move entirely to us.

What's included in the Full-Service Migration?

The complete migration of one instance including all apps with an official automated migration path, plus access to the Seibert Academy. Apps without a migration path are evaluated separately.

When is the right time to migrate?

From March 2026, no new Data Center licenses can be purchased, and support ends completely in March 2029. The sooner you start, the more time you have for a planned, low-risk migration.
